As time pass by I'm counting my days here in Manila. It's one week more to go then I'll be one month already here. Sometimes I feel bored and lonely. I miss at the province. Every afternoon I see some of the residents playing basketball in the kanto. "Kanto" is a Filipino term for crossing. While I'm having my computer work in the afternoon, I hear their shouts and loud voices. This is a good form of exercise to avoid diseases. Anyway basketball is not only the sport you can try. There are lot of sports, games and exercises that you can choose. It depends on what you want and on your location. What's important is you have to exercise to become healthy. But exercise is not only the requirement to become healthy. You have also to eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, etc.

Receiving My First Salary

How did you feel when you had your first salary? What are your plans upon receiving it? At an unexpected time, I received my first salary. I didn't really expected that I'll get my salary at the middle of the month on the first month of my job and with bonus. Of course, I was very happy for that…Praise God! I decided to offer the half of the money at the church in the province when I go home. I believe that we should return all the glory and honor to GOD by worshipping HIM and thru our offering. Without Him, we can't do anything and we are nothing. I also decided to use some amount for the developing of the films during my graduation. I'm waiting for my sis to come and I'll ask for her for the developing but since I have a money already, I'll be be the one to pay it. For those just like me that have plans and goals, what shall we do? Of course, be thrifty, faith in God and believe in yourself. I'm more inspired to do the work. feeling sleepy

Are you just like me that feeling sleepy? Well I had an overtime last night doing some works. Even yesterday I didn't get enough rest that's why my eyes are drowsy now. There are times that I fall asleep easily specially when I'm hearing the sound of chimes. These sounds seems so nice on my ears. There are different kinds of chimes like Woodstock Gregorian wind chimes, Alluminum wind chimes, Tranquility Solar wind chimes, Bamboo wind chimes, Brass wind chimes, Ceramic beads wind chimes, Door wind chimes, Glass wind chimes, Metal wind chimes hooks, Stained glass wind chimes, Pewter wind chimes, Sculpture wind decor, Spinner wind decor, and others.

There are times also that I can't sleep easily just like when I'm on a deep thinking or when I'm stress. They said that not getting enough sleep is not good to our health. Yah, it's true! We might not feel immediately the effect but sooner or later we'll feel the result. That's why they're telling that we must sleep at least 6-8 hours. I wonder abou the people having insomia. What are they doing when they can't sleep? What will happen to them?
